wwUtils::ShortDate
Creates a short date in the format of: Oct. 8 or Jun. 10.
You can optionally pass the lnMode parameter to specify alternate display modes. The date and time format depends on the time format of the machine.

ltTime
Time value to be converted to string.
lnMode
Numeric (optional)
0 - Oct. 8 (default)
1 - Oct. 8, 2008
2 - Oct. 8, 2008 07:52am
